We provide an enhanced cleaning programme to give you peace of mind, provided by our housekeeper, Chloe.
Changeover day will be Saturday during busy periods. Outside of these periods the changeover day and minimum stay is flexible.
One well behaved dog allowed but must not be allowed onto the furniture. Due to additional cleaning required dogs unfortunately incur an additional £30 charge.If you can't see rates for your holiday and Shutters appears to be available feel free to get in touch and we'll check for you. It may be that we've missed some!We have a storage cupboard with towels etc. which are our housekeeping supplies. Please note you could be charged extra if you use these during your stay. We provide a fluffy white bath towel and hand towel for each guest on their arrival.
Check in is any time from 3pm on the scheduled arrival day. Check out is at 10am - and to be fair to Chloe we ask that you strip the beds and empty the dishwasher before you leave.
